In charge of major projects and is responsible to the client for the overall process of the undertaking. Active in design development and contract administration. As project manager of design and build commissions, he controls:

  • Construction detail design

  • Quality control of workmanship

  • Construction techniques

  • Analyses the information for briefs

  • Prepares programs

  • Oversees master planning and design

  • Contract documentation

  • Tendering processes

  • Site management

  • Administration phases of projects
